Cloverdale Cottage is available for clients for the day @ $250. Formerly a hideous 20' x 30' shed, it has been transformed into a 4 room+ 3/4 bathroom preparation area. Primarily used for the bridal party, but in 2024, many changes allow 2 of the rooms to be more accommodating for the groomsmen to  get ready.
