April 15-July  or August 15-November 12:
Saturdays-12 hr event fee $2000 
Friday & Sundays-12 hr event fee $1200

​Book the day before/after at 50% discount if available
Off-season rates-
March 15-April 14 and July 7-August 14
Saturdays-12 hr event fee $1500
 Friday & Sundays-12 hr event fee $1000

Book the day before/after at 50% discount if available

If available, Saturday events may book the day before or day after for a discount of 50%  of the 14 hour wedding fee (if available) for additional setup & rehearsal.

The above fees include the use of the "Bank" of the barn for wedding activities  or as a possible "rain" alternative.
