The barn has had a variety of seating/serving arrangements. Wedding numbers for a buffet type meal have been as high 350 and seated arrangements have reached 220; estimate 200 without the use of a tent. The "bank" or "bottom" part of the barn can be used for extra space. Access to water is through a water hydrant/hose adjacent to the barn for non-potable use.
In season rates*-
April 1-July 18 or August 1-November 30:
Saturdays-12 hr event fee $2800
Friday & Sundays-12 hr event fee $1800
Monday through Thursday is 25% discount of Fri/Sun 12 hr base fee
Off-season rates-
March 1-March 31 and July 19-July 31
Saturdays-12 hr event fee $1800
Friday & Sundays-12 hr event fee $1400
Book the day before/after at 50% discount for setup or rehearsal-if available (Sunday events are not eligible for the discount). If you would like a social event such as a rehearsal dinner, a 25% discount would apply instead of the "non-social" 50%.

Cloverdale Barn Chairs, Tables and other décor items

The Cloverdale Barn location provides a 40 ft. by 80 ft. space for your event. Electricity and a water hydrant are available.
The following items are available to rent from us if you desire:
2 station restroom trailer for 250 guests at $700
48" round folding tables-8 available at $5/each
60" rectangular folding tables-5 available at $7/each
150 new white folding chairs (7/16) @ $.50 each)
200 originally white folding resin/plastic chairs-available at $.50/each
200 repainted white folding resin/plastic chairs-$.50/each (with flaking & flaws)

1 36' round maple table -free
Two old and fragile large whiskey barrels-free
Two wine barrels -sturdy for all sorts of use
Two Globe string lighting and assorted string lights installed
