The barn has had a variety of seating/serving arrangements. Wedding numbers for a buffet type meal have been as high 350, seated arrangements have been about 220, but the serving delegated was designed to afford these numbers. Round tables vs. rectangular tables can also vary the numbers, but approximate measurements are included in the file below. Many websites for tents allow you to design your event for tents, and can be used for the 40x80 barn. Additionally, the feedroom-17x10-- (allow for that deduction from the 40x80) and the "bank" or "bottom" part of the barn can be used for extra space. Access to water is through a water hydrant/hose adjacent to the barn.

The CloverdaleBarn location provides a 40 ft. by 80 ft. space for your event. Electricity and a water hydrant are available.

Globe string lighting and assorted string lights installed
5' x 6' projection screen $20 (though many use barn wall)
